At Boxed & Bundled Gifts, we take pride in carefully packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and beautifully presented.
Processing Times
All orders are packed by hand and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, promotional events, or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If this occurs, we'll do our best to keep you updated.
Shipping Within Australia
We currently ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information (where available).
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

Local Pickup
If local pickup is available, you can select this option at checkout.
Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email with collection instructions.
Tracking Your Order
If your order includes tracking, you'll receive a tracking number via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before completing your purchase.
Boxed & Bundled Gifts is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend your order.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once your parcel has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.
If your parcel appears delayed or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and we'll gladly assist you in lodging an enquiry with the shipping provider.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Multiple Items
If your order contains multiple products, they will generally be shipped together. In some cases, items may arrive separately depending on availability or packaging requirements.
